for us tethering is only really something some witches do w monsters as an amplifier. it's magic sharing more or less, only monsters cant use magic so it's basically just a witch power up but oli isnt a monster so im pretty sure he's using the power share to stop the corruption spreading. or slowing it.
corruption eats away at a witch until theres nothing left of them. that's how most monsters are made

i mean its oli. he's still him

no subject
he tethered to ragnor. i dont know if that's enough to stop corruption, or how long it'll last, or how to fix it
no subject
how is he corrupted, what does it do to him?

he'll become a monster
no subject
there wont be anything left of oli to try and save

do you know how he was resurrected? the spell used?
no subject
but i know it would have been some seriously dark magic. it goes so against how our magic works, even necromancers can't really resurrect witches
no subject
do you think that would help?

there's the library too. i'll start looking for anything it can pull out on purification or corruption
no subject
books, anything like that
or i'd paid literally any attention at school
or something
no subject
you were in the classes
did they ever talk about this?
no subject
i barely cracked potions 101 we werent deep delving into the intricacies of witch resurrection
no subject
we can do this, nick. we'll let the magic guide us
but maybe it wouldn't hurt to cast the net wider?
