If you can find out what the exam will entail that will make it much easier for all of you to make an informed decision.

If any of it is to go on the network, I believe it'd be best for you if you weren't involved, not because of the sex, but because if any words were to be exchanged throughout and they were made public, you would hate it and feel exposed and risk spiralling.
